- Adecco is partnering a leading international bank to look for a Banking Operations Officer
- Focus: Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) / Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT)
- Location: East
- Prior banking operations experience will be advantageous
- Able to handle pressure in a fast paced environment
- Perform day-to-day operational activities in relation to Inward Telegraphic Transfer (ITT) / Outward Telegraphic Transfer (OTT)
- Ensure completeness and correctness of customer instructions before processing
- Perform daily reconciliation of ITT/OTT payments
- Collaborate widely with internal stakeholders and ensure that their ITT/OTT payment related queries are timely addressed, and issues timely resolved.
- Ensure timely escalation of system issues and work with tech counterparts to resolve those issues
