Description
- Execute below-the-line campaigns for targeted customer segments
- Work with marketing team to package relevant offers
- Schedule for communications
- Work with stakeholders to ensure that support required is available during implementation
- Develop marketing materials for communications
- Support servicing post implementation
- Day to day BAU support & reporting
- Publish BAU reports basis. (Daily, weekly, monthly reporting)
- Conduct competitors\' analysis to review existing product features
- Assist in preparation of invoices/payment to partners and vendors
- Program Support
- Custodian of post-purchase instalment programs
- Involvement to improve/digitize enrolment process
- Roll out year-long and tactical campaigns to increase take up of post-purchase loans
- Degree from a recognized institution
- Numbers inclined, good reporting skills and able to perform marketing .
- Excellent MS Excel.
- Based in the Cards Department
