Responsibitlies :

  • Provide over the counter banking services and assist with enquiries from customers.
  • Handle all over the counter banking transactions.
  • Promote the bank\xe2\x80\x99s products and services in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
  • Handle bulk cash transfer and deposits.
  • To keep a lookout for any suspicious transactions and reporting it to relevant party to reduce reputation risk.
Requirement :
  • Possesses relevant customer service experience in a financial institution.
  • Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write effectivel.
  • Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic retail banking environment.
  • A self starter who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
