- Middle office and back office professional
Ø Closely communicate with Japan HQ with regard to the Branch’s risk management, accountings, financial regulations, and back office operations. Coordinate various projects by liaising with Japan HQ.
Ø Coordinate and prepare periodic reporting required by regulations, Branch procedures, and Head Office procedures.
Ø Engage in quarterly, monthly, and daily accounting operations.
Ø Coordinate the Branch’s monthly committees. Prepare committee materials in the areas of risk management and financial regulations, and report to the Branch Senior Management at the committee when required.
Ø Improve operational efficiency in the Departments and revise the Branch’s procedures as necessary.
Ø Work on other tasks instructed by the Head of Control Department and Head of Operations Department.
Job Requirements :
Ø At least 2 years' experience in in Banking Industry
Ø Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Ø Multi-task team player
Ø Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill
Ø Proficient in spoken and written Japanese will be required to closely liaise with Japan HQ
