Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Banking Admin Support
Starts off as a 6 months contract
Principle Responsibilities
Support Relationship Managers in daily operations to enhance customer experience, including handling customer enquiries, rate fixing for deposits and loans, account opening, coordinate/ liaising with relevant parties on customer due diligence (CDD)/ periodic reviews, maintenance of customer records and files
Ensure documentation is complete and that all approvals, facility and security documents are in place at all times.
Follow up on submission of clients' financials for spreading, and assist Relationship Managers in preparing the necessary documents for credit application / review
Preparation of offer / variation letters and follow up on documentation aligned with stipulated terms and conditions
Follow up on submission of periodic documents (eg. insurance policies, valuation reports etc) from clients or relevant parties, and assist Relationship Managers to address queries on such documents
Profile/Qualifications
Minimum Diploma holders, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a banking environment
Good understanding of the Corporate Banking business and related banking products
