*Seeking for an Assistant HR Manager/AVP who has minimum 4 years of hand-on banking experience handling RNF and HR Operations and Administration duties* THE COMPANY This bank is a reliable brand in their field. As one of the specialist, they are committed to strengthen their brand are now currently looking for a hands-on Assistant HR Manager/AVP (RNF and HR Operations) to join their team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support HR operations and office admin
- Ensure proper onboarding and collection of personal documents
- Ensure timely reporting to the management and head office
- Handle/Assist in expat/mobility management
- Assist in budgeting of company\xe2\x80\x99s expenses
- Support in bank\'s RNF requirements
- Participate in HR or any other projects
- Handle other administrative matters (Data entry and Filing)
- Any other adhoc duties
- Degree in Business Studies (Major in HR) or any other relevant certifications
- Minimum 4 years of hand-on experience handling RNF and HR Operations and Administration
- Approachable, patient, highly organized, versatile, has good interpersonal and communication skills
- Work from home
- Monday to Friday
- Performance bonus
