Documents include but are not limited to financial statements, Credit Bureau and ACRA reports, bank statements etc. Validate and edit information in proprietary credit processing system. Access and retrieve information from proprietary banking systems Communicate with partners from Business, Risk and other Operations units. Will be part of a team and report to a team lead As assigned by Team Lead to take on additional tasks such as but not limited to: Process Improvements, Automation Projects, Coaching and Mentoring, Business Continuity, Administrative Tasks etc Skills / Requirement - Diploma/Degree in any field - Relevant banking operations or credit-related experience will be advantageous - Key Knowledge: Credit Concepts, Financial statements, Debt-Income and Debt-Servicing Ratios - Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skill.
