Job Description

A highly reputable and leading law firm which has a global presence, is now seeking a Banking Managing Lawyer to join their fast-growing Banking team based in Singapore.

Your role will be involved in a wide range of both domestic and cross-border banking and financing transactions including but not limited to leveraged financing, structured lending, loan financing and acquisition financing work. You will also have the opportunity to work on the market\'s most significant deals. This fantastic opportunity offers you unrivalled client exposure to leading banks, asset managers, MNCs and major corporations if this is of interest to you.

Ideally your experience should include:

- Qualified lawyer practicing in Singapore or other common law jurisdictions
- Hold first class academics
- Solid experience of banking and financing work gained within top-tier global law firm is highly preferrable
- Strong leadership with ability to build positive relationship with all stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with ability to excel technically
