Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.Responsibilities:

  • Determines the project approach and monitoring/reporting progress to the Program Manager and Steering Committee.
  • Define project scope and goals
  • Planning activity consisting of approach definition, WBS
Qualifications:
  • Has an experience in managing Business Transformation Projects including project delivery, balancing scope, schedule, budget and risks
  • Has an experience in Retail Banking/Cards/Payments/Regulatory and Compliance/CDD/KYC/AML and other areas of Banking Domain is required
  • Has an experience in supporting governance activities such as steering committee Project, status reporting, and taking ownership of critical issues through to resolution
  • Should have worked through all project management phases, from initiation to project closure and experienced in managing senior stake holders directly
  • Professional Attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams
  • Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issues
