Assist and manage the banquet and service team to ensure the highest standards of food and service are delivered at all times.
Responsibilities
Assist with full set-up and breakdown of banquet events.
Build and maintain good client relationships.
Contribute creative ideas for banquet set-ups and services.
Handle enquiries and complaints promptly when escalated.
Supervise banquet service staff.
Deliver professional and quality F&B services.
Manage banquet assets and inventory.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' level; Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, cheerful, and pleasant personality.
Good team player with high initiative.
