Job Description
Looking for Bar & Service Manager.
- To welcome at restaurant for guests and potential Guest.
- Set objective,follow through vision and mission for the bar.
- Drive both food and beverage revenue and plan forecast.
- Oversee accurate cash-up procedures and ensure necessary paperwork is complete.
- Setup and follow through the SOP for beverage recipe ensuring consistence taste standard for beverage.
- Ensure adherence to stock control procedures and manage all purchases.
- Training and Development.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene of bar area.
- Promote and practice compliance with fire,health,safety and hygiene standards and regulations
