Working days: 5 days Working hours: To be discussed during interview Working Location: Nearest MRT: Raffles Place Job Scope: * Exhibit exceptional guest relationship skills to enhance guest exp Working days: 5 days Working hours: To be discussed during interview Working Location: Nearest MRT: Raffles Place Job Scope: Exhibit exceptional guest relationship skills to enhance guest experience Maintain all Standard Operating Procedures for bar team, including upholding best practice stock handling, maintaining impeccable hygiene standards in all aspects of beverage operations, and ensuring all bar offerings are available at all times Engage in beverage research and development to add to the menu Train front of house team in drinks menu knowledge, including reviews of daily specials and out of stock items Job Requirements: At least 2 ' 5 years of bar management experience preferably in fine-dining or semi fine-dining establishment Customer service oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
