Job Description

We are a modern Asian restaurant looking for a friendly and proactive Bar & Service Executive to join our team! If you genuinely enjoy working with people, have the confidence and some experience, and a passion for providing excellent customer service, then we'd like to hear from you!

Our Bar & Service Executive will contribute to daily service as one of our Front-of-House staff, support the bar team, follow beverage recipes and ensure compliance with safety/sanitation regulations. The perfect candidate is an excellent team player, reliable, empathetic and handles difficult situations respectfully, always building customer loyalty.

Salary:

S$ 2,500 - $4,000 depending on work experience

Responsibilities:



Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for guests is maintained Manage guests' expectations and attending to complaints, ensuring that service recovery takes precedence over most considerations Assist the Supervisors and Restaurant Manager to ensure that all Front of House team members are well-versed in company's SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant's brand positioning Participate in proper communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teams Ensure adequacy of bar supplies at all times Prepare and serve beverage orders in a timely manner Ensure that all beverages are served according to set quality standards Manage and prepare ingredients that should be frequently available on a daily basis Follow the directions of the bar manager and senior team To maintain a healthy work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team members Using the POS and reservations software systems Execution of delivery orders Assist the Events team with the operations of client events held at the restaurant including Weddings and Corporate Events Assist in building a database of regular clients and providing them with efficient and professional customer service

Requirements:



Preferably 1-2 years of F&B and hospitality experience Preferably a minimum of 6 months of bar operations Neat and organised Positive mindset and approachable demeanour Natural people skills A desire to deliver an experience beyond guests' expectations Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence with learning and handling POS systems Great time management and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm, organised, accurate and efficient under pressure Has great initiative and team leadership skills

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
