Create SOPs as a team and manage daily bar operations with precision
Take charge of bar prep, stock levels, and timing
Keep the bar clean, safe, and running smoothly
Maintain drinks hygiene standards and workplace safety
* Assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent
