Job Title: Bar Supervisor
Industry: Food & Beverage / Catering / Restaurant
Salary: SGD 2800 - 3800
Location: Central, Singapore

:
- Support Bar Manager in all areas of bar management- Assist Bar Manager in the control of wage costs in line with budgetary requirements- Support Bar Manager in the implementing and/or following of procedures concerning recording of stock movements- Be fully aware and well trained to prepare beverages according to SOP- Develop a strong knowledge of all company menu items/ products- Ensure strict adherence to beverages prep hygiene and personal hygiene guidelines at all times- Daily operations - stock and prepare garnishes for drinks and maintain an adequate supply of ice, glasses, & other bar supplies.- To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company's beverage standard.- Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day operation including set up and closing of the bar counter.- Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.- Friendly, Hard worker, Fast learner- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong command of English required.- Good knowledge of wine, beer and alcohol.

Compensation:
- Basic salary + AWS - 5 days working per week (closed on Monday & Tuesday)- Working hour: 10.30am-3.30pm, 5pm-11pm (varies depending on operational needs)- 14 days annual leave, increase by 1 day year by year- Birthday leave 1 day- Medical coverage- If late time work require transport, it can be claimed from company
