Pandan Road * Salary
$3000 to $3800 * Work Week
Mondays to Fridays : 8:30 am to 5.30 pm, Saturdays : 8:30 am to 12 noon * Min. Qualification
O-Level * Experience
2 to 3 years * / Requirement
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of barge / crane and all equipment on deck
- Proper manning of vessel
- Ensure safety of all crews
- Cover duty of Barge Master during his absence
- Operates floating crane to lift / move equipment, cargoes, anchor chain, slings etc.
- Inspect crane for any defective parts and inform the Barge Master
- Cleans and maintains crane
- Minimum GCE O Level, or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience preferably in the Marine / Shipbuilding / Oil & Gas industry
- Possess a valid Crane Operator License (MOM)
- Holder of a Lifting Supervisor certificate, Rigger & Signalman certificate & Shipyard Safety Instruction Course (SSIC) certificate
- Able to read and write and communicate in English
- Able to assist in crane barge mooring operation (Wakaei Maru No. 8 / Isamigo 3)
- Carry out maintenance on other employer barges
- Assist in survey when required
