Job Description
New caf\xc3\xa9 with overseas presence is venturing into Singapore. Be the pioneer batch to join them in their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee beverages including Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte according to caf\xc3\xa9\xe2\x80\x99s standards and recipes
- Grind coffee beans and operate coffee bean machine
- Steam milk for coffee beverages
- Create latte art for beverages as needed
- Clean and maintain cleanliness of coffee machines
- Practice food hygiene and preparation in accordance to standard operating procedures
- Ensure spaces are clean and organized
- Good understanding on type of coffee beans, roast levels, brewing methods and flavor profiles
- Knows how to operate grinders and espresso machines
- Skillful in latte art
- Able to work shift work including public holidays and weekend due to job requirements and shop opening hours as needed
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
- Independent and fast learner
- Possess Food Safety Level 1 certification for F&B requirements
