Job Responsibilities
As a Barista at ASK Coffee Roastery, you will:
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso and coffee beverages
Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
Educate customers on our coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and seating areas
Operate and care for coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines
Support the team with daily tasks such as opening, closing, restocking, and cleaning
Assist with the sale and demonstration of coffee machines and brewing tools
Uphold our brand standards for quality, presentation, and hospitality
Stay informed about our products and ongoing promotions
Qualifications
Previous barista or specialty coffee experience preferred
Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about roasting and brewing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and consistency
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Familiarity with coffee equipment and interest in coffee technology is a plus
