We are seeking a Barista to support daily operations at our cafxc3xa9. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, organised, and able to contribute positively to our team dynamic. • Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to customers. Engage with patrons to understand their preferences and recommend suitable coffee options.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality in all aspects of coffee preparation, including coffee bean selection, grinding, tamping, and extraction. Monitor product freshness and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafxc3xa9, including workstations, serving counters, and dining areas. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Event Support: Be prepared to work shifts during events at CQ Swee Lee Cafxc3xa9, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service during these times.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members, including baristas, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
• Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve coffee, waffle, and other beverages according to prescribed recipes.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and operational.
• Product Knowledge: Share knowledge about coffee, beverages, and food offerings with customers in an engaging and informative manner.
• Inventory Assistance: Support inventory checks and notify the Cafxc3xa9 Lead of any shortages or replenishment needs.
• Operational Support: Assist in implementing operational improvements and efficiency initiatives as directed by the Cafe Manager/Cafe Lead.

• Good understanding of various types of coffee and tea.
• Prepared to work during weekends and public holidays.
• Able to accommodate shift work.
