Job Description
At 1doc Bistro, we serve healthy and delicious meals with a Mediterranean twist. Our menu has been designed with advice from a registered dietitian, to support a Healthier You.
- Outlet cleaning and set-up to get ready for operations.
- Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests. Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations.
- Drinks/Food ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guest.
- In-charge one of outlet station and lead a sub team for operation, arrange staff break time, handle minor issue before handover to superiors.
- Orientation & buddy system for new join staff.
- Full-timer side tasks such as staging and furniture movement for normal Ops & events, poster update etc.
- Outlet closing and cleaning.
- Update guests with current and upcoming promotions.
- Attending to guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs promptly.
- Any other job as assigned by superior.
- Must have basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Service-oriented and team player.
- Pro-active, friendly and warm personality.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working location: Bedok@Heartbeat (near Bedok mrt)
