& Requirements

Greet and serve customers with a smile, making them feel welcome. Take customer orders accurately and process payments at the counter. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages (training provided). Follow kiosk standards for drink preparation, service, and hygiene. Assist with stocking supplies and managing inventory when needed. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the workstation, equipment, and overall outlet according to food safety standards. Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures. Support daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning, inventory checks, and preparation for the next shift. Assist team members and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements

Strong customer service mindset, cheerful personality, and willingness to engage with customers. Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Physically fit to handle a fast-paced working environment.

Willing to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays based on operational needs.*
