Part-time Salary: From $13 to $15 per hour, DOUBLE hourly pay for Public Holiday

Summary of Key Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Luckin Coffee.

\xc2\xb7 Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.

\xc2\xb7 Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift.

\xc2\xb7 Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance and communicating them to the store manager.

\xc2\xb7 Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.

\xc2\xb7 Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 No previous experience required. Training will be provided

\xc2\xb7 Can commit at least 15hours work per week, and for the long-term

\xc2\xb7 Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or public holidays

\xc2\xb7 Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
