Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly manner as they enter.
Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
Preparing beverages following recipes
Provide excellent service experience
Receive and process cashless payments.
Well versed in different types of coffee base on customers preference
Prepare and serve a varieties of coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and techniques.
Comply with health and safety regulations
Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
Maintain cleanliness on customers area and washroom
Address and resolve customer issues in a polite and effective manner; enlist manager or shift supervisor as necessary
Keeping the work bar area clean, sanitary, and organized
Ensure stock supplies are sufficient and inform management when inventories are low
Assist any other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
