Employee Specifications:

• Male/Female with pleasing/lively personality and of good moral character.
• Considerable knowledge in the principles and practices of excellent customer service.
• Good Interpersonal and English communication skills.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Highly organized and works systematically.
• Must have knowledge on how to mix and serve wine/alcoholic beverages based on customers request.

Education and Work Experience:

• Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or related course(s).
• With at least 1 year of work experience in Fine/Casual Dining as Bartender/Barista.
