Position: Barista / Front of House


Type: Full-Time (5-day work week, inclusive of weekends & public holidays)

What You'll Do

Deliver friendly and attentive service to every guest Share menu recommendations and product knowledge with confidence Process orders accurately through the POS system Ensure drinks and food are served promptly and beautifully Assist in setting, clearing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space Support the team during events and busy service periods Communicate customer feedback thoughtfully to the shift manager Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times Take on other duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

Passionate about hospitality, service, and coffee culture A positive, self-motivated team player Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Willing to work on weekends and public holidays No prior experience required -- training will be provided 1-2 years in F&B or retail is a plus
