Job Description

A typical day will include the opening and closing of cafe, cleaning, building relationships with customers, innovating different ways and products to attract and retain more customers and working with other team members to ensure smooth service at all times.

s:

• Machine and grinder maintenance.
• Calibration of coffees for daily service.
• Provide good & friendly customer service, cashier duties, cleaning of the dining area and dishwashing.
• Service of drinks and food items to customers (30% barista/70% service required)
• To assist in stock take and inventory management & replenishment in a timely manner.
• To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
• Maintains a safe, clean and healthy work environment by following company standards and sanitation regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent coffee knowledge: espresso-based drinks, filter coffee.
• Holds a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate.
• Able to work weekends & public holidays.
• Basic cashiering.
• Good customer service, bubbly and attentive.
• Preferably 1-2 years of restaurant/cafe experience.
• Knowledge of basic drink making (coffee & tea service)

Working Location: Great World City

Working Hours: 44hrs/week, Shifts: 8-10hrs.
