Job Overview:
We are building a team of skilled, service-focused individuals passionate about the F&B and service industry. We are seeking a Barista/Service Crew to support daily operations at our cafe & bar. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organised, and confident behind both the coffee and cocktail bar. They can deliver excellent customer service, maintain high product quality, and support event operations seamlessly. We value individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and take initiative to enhance guest experience, beverage innovation, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service

  • Provide warm, efficient, personalised service to guests in both cafe and bar settings.
  • Engage with patrons to understand their preferences and recommend suitable coffee, cocktails, craft beers, or wines.
  • Handle guest payments and operate the POS system accurately.
  • Actively upsell and promote specials.
Beverage & Bar Operations
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, cocktails, craft beers, and wines according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of classic cocktails, craft beer styles, wine varietals, and specialty coffee brewing methods.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, rotation, and presentation of all beverages.
  • Assist with daily opening/closing bar procedures including stock storage and shift handover.
Quality Assurance
  • Uphold high standards of beverage consistency (taste, appearance) and service presentation.
  • Monitor product freshness, machine calibration, equipment cleanliness, and maintenance.
  • Comply with responsible service of alcohol standards (age verification, safe serving) and allergen/dietary awareness.
Cleanliness & Organisation
  • Keep bar, cafe floor, service areas, workstations, and dining areas clean, sanitised, and well-organised.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Inventory & Stock Management
  • Assist in daily restocking, inventory counts, requisition of supplies, and delivery checks.
  • Report shortages, wastage, or discrepancies promptly to the Cafe Lead or Manager.
  • Participate in waste-control and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Event Support & Flexibility
  • Be prepared to work during events, pop-ups, private functions, or extended hours to ensure smooth service.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required, including cross-floor shifts or supporting special promotions.
Team Collaboration & Development
  • Work closely with cafe, kitchen, and events teams to ensure seamless operations and consistent guest experience.
  • Maintain professional appearance and represent our brand in line with our music & F&B identity.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on beverage and service trends.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in cafe, bar, or barista operations preferred.
  • Good understanding of specialty coffee, cocktails, and alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-player with a positive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Passionate about F&B and music culture.
  • Location: Clarke Quay (Singapore).
