Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages with accuracy and consistency, ensuring each item meets company standards Deliver excellent customer service by taking orders, answering inquiries, and offering recommendations to enhance the customer experience Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels in both serving and dining areas to provide a welcoming environment Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow, efficiency, and a positive workplace atmosphere Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and specials, and be able to share this knowledge with customers Adapt to a fast-paced setting by taking on different tasks as required to support operations and team needs Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisors
