Job Description

Job Scope & Responsibilities



Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and responds to customer needs Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages and tea, other hot/iced beverages Preferably experienced in coffee calibration, basic latte art skills (not a requirement as long as willing to learn) Maintain drink ware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met Maintain product taste and quality stability Monitor coffee bean and other supply's qualities Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems for all orders Able to handle all aspects of front of house service, including barista and customer service and floor duties
Requirements


Food Hygiene Certificate Basic barista experience Must work on weekends and public holidays
