Barista

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Assist in preparing baked goods and sandwiches, ensuring freshness and quality. Greet customers and take orders accurately through the POS system. Recommend menu items, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, counter, and dining area. Refill supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift. Follow food safety, handling, and storage procedures. Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations. Perform opening or closing duties, including equipment checks and cash handling.

Job Requirements

Passionate about the Food & Beverage industry and delivering great customer experiences. Preferably with some customer-facing or customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well in a team setting. Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Shift Leader

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations. Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest concerns professionally. Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of duties including prep, service, and cleaning. Open and/or close the store following operational checklists and cash procedures. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals. Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and store presentation meet company's standards. Maintain inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Communicate effectively with management about staffing, operational needs, and feedback.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year experience in a supervisory role Passionate about the Food & Beverage industry and delivering great customer experiences. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well in a team setting. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Ability to lead a team and resolve conflicts positively and efficiently

Salary & Benefits
