Job scope

Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity. Designing and curating a cocktail menu that incorporates Chinese ingredients and flavors, aligning with Yanhuo's culinary concept. Ensuring excellent customer service by engaging with guests, recommending drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Managing bar inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring all beverages are made to standard while minimizing waste. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborating with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings that enhance the dining experience. Assist in delivery excellent service

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or hotel setting. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and beer. Creativity in crafting unique beverages and an understanding of flavor pairings. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and cost control. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
