Maintain complete knowledge of all bar menu items, liquor brands, beers and non[1] alcoholic selections available . Proficient knowledge in designated glassware and garnishes for drinks . Preparation of all bar menu items, ingredients, sauces, portions, sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices . Communicate closely with Supervisors to ensure quality service is achieved and ensuring member's satisfaction . Ensure that all materials, equipment are in complete readiness for service in accordance with business needs . Daily checking and cleaning of work areas ensuring compliance with standards of cleanliness and order. Report any defects to Manager on Duty. . Be familiar with all operation services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any guest inquiry . Assist in daily operations of the restaurant and perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by General Manager
