: We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our patrons through the art of mixology and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring quality and consistency. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Interact with customers, engaging in conversation, and creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.

Monitor and maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning utensils, and organising inventory. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met. Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Continuously strive to enhance beverage knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced and customer-oriented environment. Extensive knowledge of mixology, beverage recipes, and drink presentation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and provide exceptional service. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to handle a high volume of orders while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages in the specified location.
