Job Description
s:
- Opening and closing of bar.
- Bar operations, ordering, preparation and inventory.
- Preparing of acoholic and non alcoholic beverages
- Service guests at the Bar / Lounge area, and restaurant when required.
- Assist other teammates to ensure the sequence of service.
- Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge in alcoholic beverages
- Willing to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
