Bartender / Senior Bartender / Assistant Bar Manager @ Forum The Shopping Mall

We are looking for a high-energy with excellent communication skills Bartender / Senior Bartender / Assistant Bar Manager to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. A good Bartender will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations.

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages. Mix ingredients like liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drink
• Able to make recommendations and create new drinks
• Planned, organized, and controlled the operations of the bar.
• Restock/replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Require to upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.
• Any other duties assign by the Bar Manager.

Job Requirements:
- at least 1 year of relevant experience for a junior position
- at least 2 years of relevant experience with WSET for Assistant Bar Manager
- Has an in-depth knowledge of sakes, wines and spirits.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Good Customer Service
- A good memory is needed to memorize the various mixed drinks that are ordered by a customer
- Must be sociable and have a great personality that can connect with people.
- Must be able to work under pressure and deal with the stress of bartending.
- Must possess good grooming.
- Must be 18 years old and above

Working hours:
Tue , Wed and Thu: 3.30pm to 12mn
Fri, Sat and PH Eve: 3.30pm to 1am

*Closed on PH that falls on Tue , Wed and Thur. Opens on PH eve

Horses Mouth at Nomi Dining Bar: Tuesday to Saturday only (5 working days)
