T&C applies) 5-day work week AWS and variable bonus Duty meals provided Annual Leave, Family Care Leave and Birthday Leave Usage of Club's sports and recreational facilities Job Functions & Summary: Responsible for mixing required drinks and serving the bar area under charge. Job Roles & Responsibilities: Formulate and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink orders to Members and guests at the assigned bar area. Ensure that the bar area is kept clean and tidy at all times. Monitor inventory and make the necessary requisition to replenish bar Train junior bartenders. Ensure that all bar equipment are in good working conditions. Conduct month-end inventory and ensure that all stocks are accounted for. Any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
