Job Description

The Swiss Club was established in 1871 and is one of the oldest and most historic Clubs in Singapore. Located on Bukit Tinggi, it is an elegant and family-friendly retreat surrounded by lush greenery, offering a fabulous setting in the middle of the jungle. We are proud of our wonderful atmosphere and ambiance.

We offer a wide range of sports and other activities and are continually developing our facilities. Our most recent addition was THE GUESTHOUSE, which offers accommodation for visitors and provides offices for our staff. At the same time, we continually expand and improve our sports facilities, and offer a wide range of activities.

Our pavilion and all other EVENT VENUES can be rented for meetings, conferences and other events. Attendees can dine at the ARBENZ and stay at The Guesthouse. The Swiss Club is an ideal setting for your regional meeting.

Last but not least, we offer several culinary options in the JUNGLE BAR, PERGOLA, Rifle Lounge and ARBENZ restaurants.



Bartender (Country Club / 5 Days / Near Sixth Ave Mrt)



Prepare Beverages

• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
• Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system when dealing with beverage orders

Maintain hygiene, safety, and standards

• Follow the organization\'s personal, food, and beverage hygiene standards
• Follow the organization\'s food waste management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Follow the organization\'s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and procedures
• Follow legislative requirements on handling and consumption of alcoholic beverages

Support Food and Beverage operations

• Assist in opening, operating, and closing shifts
• Replenish inventory at service stations. Follow crisis response and recovery activities by business continuity policies.

Job Requirement

• Min 1 year of experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
• Accountability in maintaining inventory
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Good communication skills
• Only Singaporean needs to apply as we does not have any work quota.

• Five days of work, including weekends and PH
• Location: 36 Swiss Club Road (Transport provided at Sixth Ave MRT)
