Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assist the Operations Manager in the daily operations and assigned responsibilities.
- Be familiar with preparation, ingredients and presentation of all drinks offered in menus.
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food & beverages.
- Ability to keep Bar organised, restock and replenish Bar inventory and supplies.
- Perform daily and month-end inventory count.
- Make every effort to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of Guests beverage requests throughout service.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Bar operations.
- Knowledge of cocktails, liquors, spirits and wine.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, willingness to learn and creativity.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
- 6 days work week
- Salary will commensurate with experience (Basic starting from $2600 plus sales incentive)

- Bartending: 2 years (Preferred)
