Responsibilities

Prepare alcohol and other non-alcohol beverages for customers Serving drinks, pouring drinks for the customer at the bar counter Need to know the menu items available in the bar such as the liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks Assist other service crew/colleagues whenever possible. Assist other service crew and serve food and drinks to customers Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness and working conditions of restaurant equipment and supplies. Able to do dishwashing and cleaning of areas. Responsible for the daily operation of the bar and inventory management Check and clean work areas every day and ensure compliance with standards of cleanliness and order. Good customer service, friendly interaction with customers and communicate with supervisor and other service crew to ensure guest satisfaction. Report any problems to Supervisor Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

Certified in Food Safety Course Level 1 Good customer service skills Good attitude Able to work in a team Able to speak and understand both English and Chinese
It's a 6 days work week, OT included
