Basic Care Attendant (bca)

Job Description
- Attend to patient basic needs, provide caregiving duties and support to patients, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patients\' vital signs (E.g. Temperature, pulse rate, respiration rate, Sp02)
- Reports patient\'s condition/progress to Nurse-In-Charge
- Make up bed and change bed linen
- Perform functional checks on equipment used and ensure its working condition
- Basic housekeeping and restocking of equipment
- Assist in any other task assigned by nurse in charge
- Min GCE \'N\' Level
- Willing to work in clinical / hospital environment
- Certification in Healthcare Support / Basic Care Assistant will be an advantage
- Applicants without prior experience are welcome to apply as on-job training will be provided
- Able to work in clinical / hospital environment
- Good customer service and communication skills
Location: West
Work Environment: Work site at a tertiary referral hospital and academic medical centre in Singapore.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holiday
Contract Assignment : 1 year
