Job Description
The client is a leading global semiconductor foundry providing advanced IC manufacturing services.
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Normal Office Hours
Job Responsibilities:
Dealing with consumer and automotive customers to understand all BCD active and passive devices and their feature requirements BCD technology related all active and passive device P-cell layout generation Working closely with Modelling team to get models developed to satisfy customer's application specific needs. Work closely with PDK teams to implement all necessary application specific device features in the PDK and close the loop/Technical communication with customers Based on customers' needs enhance BCD device performance and features
Education Requirements:
Master's or PhD in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics, with a strong foundation in semiconductor device physics, power device applications, and device reliability OR Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with 8+ years of experience in BCD device development.
Experience Requirements:
More than 5 years of hands-on experience (for Master's/PhD holders), or 8+ years (for Bachelor's holders) in developing BCD devices from scratch, targeting both consumer and automotive-grade applications.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of DMOS and low-voltage analog device layout, device characterization, enablement features, and application requirements.
