The role also requires in-depth research on industry trends, potential partners, and competitor profiles, as well as close collaboration with business units and various functions to drive business development and operational success. Additionally, the position includes preparing regular reports for senior leadership and handling ad-hoc requests from the Managing Director. International travel may be required at short notice.Your ProfileThe ideal candidate holds a university degree in business, accounting, banking, or finance, with CFA/CPA credentials as a plus, and at least 8 years of experience in consulting, M&A, finance, or business development in Asia. You should have strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, M&A processes, and project management, with experience in catering, hospitality, or travel logistics being an advantage. This role requires a highly analytical professional with strong financial acumen, integrity, and a service-oriented mindset, capable of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments under pressure.
