Responsibilities

Identify and secure strategic partnerships with merchants for co-branding, card rewards, and loyalty program collaborations. Build and nurture strong relationships with key merchant partners to drive user acquisition and engagement. Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners to highlight card benefits and exclusive promotions. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives. Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, continuously optimizing offers and reporting on ROI and key success metrics.

Requirements

Solid track record in merchant partnerships, loyalty programs, or card reward initiatives. Strong negotiation, business development, and stakeholder management capabilities. Background in payments, fintech, or Web3 is highly preferred. Proactive, self-driven, and focused on delivering measurable results. Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
