The Sales Engineer achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory effectively selling the company's products. He/She personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Monday - Friday, Office hour

The Job
Work with the Director of Business Development to further penetrate the target market in Singapore.
Define regulatory requirements of each project and obtain specifications for identification and initiate product specification change when applicable.
This is a value-driven part of our business and a key to success.
Collect and organize all appropriate information required to generate project estimates and work closely with the Director of Business Development to develop estimates and proposals.
Prepares, submits, and presents in person (when at all possible) project proposal and supporting documentation to prospective clients.
Collaborates with production, engineering, and field services departments to coordinate the execution of projects to meet client expectations.
Responsible for drafting, updating, and distributing monthly sales reports to the Director of Business Development. Responsible develop PDD's based on SOW established with client to quote.
Frequent visits to client's office/project sites are required.
Assists in the development of annual sales forecasts for the respective sides of the business.
Attends appropriate seminars, conferences, and meetings to remain current on industry trends.
Coordinate, strategize, and effectively communicate with the Director of Business Development on a regular basis to ensure all potential opportunities in the market are being pursued.
Travel to client/site and assigned accounts up to 75% of the time Perform other duties and tasks as deemed appropriate by the Director of Business Development
The Talent
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (significant relevant sales experience will otherwise be considered)
At least 5 years + proven track record in business development Has Strong Motivation for Sales Possess strong Closing, Prospecting, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task priorities and manage time efficiently
Experience in accounts and/or territory Management, Marine and Offshore / Oil and Gas Knowledge is an advantage
