Lead & Develop:

Recruit, train, schedule, and manage a team of beauticians.

Drive Sales:

Set and achieve targets for services and retail sales.

Manage Operations:

Oversee daily scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance.

Uphold Standards:

Ensure top-tier service, client satisfaction, and strict hygiene protocols.

Handle Business:

Manage budgets, track KPIs, and process payroll.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Beautician and in a salon leadership role. Valid state cosmetology/esthetician license. Strong business acumen with knowledge of retail sales and inventory. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with salon management software.
