Shampooing, styling, cutting and colouring hair, massaging and treating scalps Performing manicures, pedicures and facials depending upon the customer's requirement Performing temporary and permanent hair removal treatments, such as waxing and chemical hair removal Applying makeup products like lipstick, eyeliner and other beauty products Providing guidelines to customers on how to take care of their skin Booking customer appointments over the phone Cross-selling therapies, beauty products and hair treatment creams to customers Keeping tracking of stock level Greeting customers upon arrival Keeping workstation and tools clean Administering skin care therapies and performing scalp therapies based on the skin tone of customers Using professional techniques to apply makeup * Promoting services and implementing marketing efforts
