Job Description

:

Perform a variety of beauty treatments and facials, based on client preferences and requirements. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, concerns, and desired outcomes, and recommend suitable treatments accordingly. Stay updated on the latest industry trends. Advise clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and recommend appropriate retail products for home use to enhance treatment results. Build and maintain a loyal clientele base by fostering strong relationships and delivering personalized experiences that exceed customer expectations. Comply with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of products, adhering to sanitation protocols, and using personal protective equipment when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Beautician or similar role. Knowledge of various beauty treatments, techniques, and products. Proficient in performing facials and other relevant beauty services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide appropriate recommendations. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
