Job Responsibilities

Provide professional beauty treatments such as facial treatments, eyebrow shaping, hair removal, basic makeup, and skin care services. Recommend suitable beauty services and products according to customer skin type and needs. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitization of equipment, tools, and workspace. Assist with reception duties including welcoming clients, appointment scheduling, and payment processing. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business. Monitor and record client treatment history and product usage. Upsell and promote beauty packages, promotions, and retail products. Follow all salon policies, safety procedures, and service standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Beautician or similar beauty role. Knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and basic dermatology. Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about beauty trends and willingness to learn new techniques. * Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules when required.
