WHAT IS THIS ROLE ABOUT?
- Provide professional facial treatments and consultations on facial services and packages
- Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultations
- Follow up on clients after treatment experience
- Deliver high level of customer satisfaction, growth and retention through passionate interaction with customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Passionate in skincare
- Service-oriented and sales-driven
- Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn
- Well-groomed with pleasing personality
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment is desirable
- Fluency in English and preferably proficiency in a second language to communicate with international customers
- Neat and organized with high standard of cleanliness
- Handle basic front desk duties.
- Past experience in beauty salon
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTEC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness Certifications
- A working knowledge of skincare therapies, beauty products and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Steady and dexterous hands.
