Provide skin analysis and recommend personalized treatments to suit customers’ unique needs
Provide professional consultation and suitable programs to improve customers’ health and wellness
Perform facial and body treatments professionally to ensure customers’ positive experience
Possess good knowledge of products and handle customers’ enquiries
Build and maintain long-term relationship with clients on their wellness journey
Maintain records of services and products for customers
Assist in the scheduling of appointments
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of your workstation as well as equipment
Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure sufficient inventory
